Widener Courage Day 2018

On the 26 of March 2018, the Oskin Leadership Institute hosted the second ever, campus wide, Courage Day. This year’s theme: Unlock Your Courage. We introduced the Courage Key and Courage Key Card this year, and we also published a Courage inspiring film (which can be found on the home page). Progress of the day was tracked through #unlockyourcourage, by the number of Courage Key Cards that were filled out, and by the shares of the video.

The event was successfully carried out by Theresa Kash, Herbie Schulze, Dave McCann, and Kaylee Horchak, with the help of the Apogee Scholars and their Friends of the Core. And, of course, none of it would have been possible without our leader, Dr. Arthur Schwartz.

Overall, today was absolutely amazing and so much fun. It is truly an honor to be a part of an event so powerful and inspiring.
