What is Courage Week?

Courage Week is a Widener University tradition that is hosted by the Apogee Scholars Program, through the Office of Student Engagement. Each year, the Apogee Scholars select a theme to represent the week that focuses on a new, creative way to instill a courageous mindset into the Widener Community.

Courage Week will be held from April 8 – April 12, 2024 and our theme this year is “Chart Your Own Course.” This theme was selected in order to remind students, faculty, and staff, that no matter the barriers that you may encounter along the way, you have the ability, strength, and courage to forge your own path and leave your mark, not only at Widener, but far beyond it! See our schedule of events below!
